Riming’s commitment to quality & after-sale service

1.Commitment to quality

a) Riming guarantees that all product is designed & made according to ISO9001, relevant qualifying administrative mode is certified & effective, quality of product would always complies with contractual terms & would not go lower than national standards.

b) Riming takes full responsibility for procuring qualified components & parts, all articles had been strictly inspected before entering into production, if necessarily required, a product quality certificate, operational manual and/or inspection report could be offered.

c)Riming ensures a meticulous pre-shipment inspection would be done for the goods, including interrelated quality, specifications, performance, quantity & quality, etc., moreover, the Party would issue quality certificate & inspection report as per contractual stipulations or clauses. 

d)Riming would be responsible for any defects resulted from design, technics & materials related to product itself, & would consequently bear the penalties due to above mentioned quality issues.

 

2.Commitment to after-sale service

 a)Riming is having an experienced technical team, shall any customer have special requirement towards product design, the team would be at service to present a specific design. 

b)Riming is open for any visit re.processing technics, raw material & components’ performances, and welcoming any Party to join in the pre-shipment test/inspection, & participate in the leave-factory check & acceptance.

c)Riming offers all necessary spare parts given the product is within its warranty period and/or functioning period.

d) Riming promises to produce and deliver goods at customer’s stipulated time, & quality would be up to agreed standards, moreover, Riming is willing to develop & enlarge end-user’s market by joint effort, & would take up relevant after-sale service.

e) Riming would respond positively to any quality dispute caused by the product made by themselves, would propose a reasonable solution in 24 hours once claim is taken, the entire staff of Riming are ready to serve the customers round-the -clock.
